A Strong Defense

Warning !  Beware of GOD

Don’t Encroach
Don’t Encroach

Don’t Encroach

Don’t Encroach

Don’t Encroach

Do not move an ancient boundary stone or encroach on the fields of the fatherless,

for their Defender is strong;

he will take up their case against you.  Proverbs 23:10-11

    • en·croach

      intrude on (a person’s territory or a thing considered to be a right).

      synonyms: intrude on, trespass on, impinge on, obtrude on, impose oneself on, invade, infiltrate, interrupt, infringe on, violate, interfere with, disturb
      • advance gradually beyond usual or acceptable limits.

    All of sudden there was an outcry of one of my sons yesterday!  He came to his Mom crying (a sting on his nose).  My oldest son also got one (on his back).  They had been stun by wasps.  I went to go see about my oldest. When approaching the gate to our side yard where he is located, about 3 wasps swarm at me, and I am stun by one of them on my arm, just above the elbow.  Ahhhh, it hurt severely from such a small insect and swelled with pain quickly.  THAT’s IT!!

    I turn around and head into the house to get my wallet and keys.  I am irate, fuming mad!  I go to the store to get wasp spray.  I soon return and discover the wasps are inside a cross bar of the gate where there are holes to get in and out.  I spray at some wasps flying about and kill a few.  Then I spray down into the holes and several fly out and fall dying until dead!  I think 2 have gotten away.  I count 9 that are on the ground lifeless.  They shouldn’t have messed with my kids!!

    I was angry enough to kill, put an end to, that which was the source of my kid’s pain and my own so it wouldn’t happen again…

    How much more does GOD, the FATHER of the fatherless, feel about his kids if they’re hurt by someone or there is a threat of being encroached upon!!!…

    Do not move an ancient boundary stone or encroach on the fields of the fatherless,

    One is told here not to mess with HIS children at all, not one tiny bit, with intent to exploit or injure them…

    for their Defender is strong;

    GOD (a defender of orphans, any child or person weaker who have been abused and neglected, and widows), is stronger and more powerful than any enemy (one person or a group of people) and will at some point hear their cries and come against the enemy/enemies in fierce anger to scatter them, put them to flight in fear, or put an ultimate end to those threatening.

    Don’t think for a second, enemy or enemies, that you will get away with it.

    Deuteronomy 32:35

    Vengeance is Mine, and recompense;
    Their foot shall slip in due time;
    For the day of their calamity is at hand,
    And the things to come hasten upon them.’

    Romans 12:17-19

    Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,”  says the Lord.

    he will take up their case against you.

    God is against those who would attempt to profit from selling orphans illegally and exploiting children or anyone involved in human and sex trafficking, and/or for pornography purposes…

    GOD is their Righteous Judge, Advocate, Defense Lawyer, Everlasting Daddy who is ready and willing to act with a vengeance…  HE will come against any enemy trying to hurt HIS own…

    The enemy or enemies will ultimately be defeated.

    For anyone involved in wrongs or thinking about it:  Turn away from your sin and  ask for forgiveness and repent now, for there may still be hope for such a one…

    If choose not to, then what…  JESUS, the KING of kings and LORD of lords says this:

    Matthew 18:6-7

    “If anyone causes one of these little ones–those who believe in me–to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.  Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!

    There are choices of:

    being righteous, upright, meek, blameless/ being wicked, wrongdoer

    inheriting, hope/ being destroyed

    salvation, deliverance/ death, no future

    The following tells what to do and what not to do;  how to be and how not to be:

    Psalm 37

    Of David.

    Do not fret because of those who are evil
        or be envious of those who do wrong;
    for like the grass they will soon wither,
        like green plants they will soon die away.

    Trust in the Lord and do good;
        dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
    Take delight in the Lord,
        and he will give you the desires of your heart.

    Commit your way to the Lord;
        trust in him and he will do this:
    He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
        your vindication like the noonday sun.

    Be still before the Lord
        and wait patiently for him;
    do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
        when they carry out their wicked schemes.

    Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
        do not fret—it leads only to evil.
    For those who are evil will be destroyed,
        but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

    10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
        though you look for them, they will not be found.
    11 But the meek will inherit the land
        and enjoy peace and prosperity.

    12 The wicked plot against the righteous
        and gnash their teeth at them;
    13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
        for he knows their day is coming.

    14 The wicked draw the sword
        and bend the bow
    to bring down the poor and needy,
        to slay those whose ways are upright.
    15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts,
        and their bows will be broken.

    16 Better the little that the righteous have
        than the wealth of many wicked;
    17 for the power of the wicked will be broken,
        but the Lord upholds the righteous.

    18 The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care,
        and their inheritance will endure forever.
    19 In times of disaster they will not wither;
        in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

    20 But the wicked will perish:
        Though the Lord’s enemies are like the flowers of the field,
        they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.

    21 The wicked borrow and do not repay,
        but the righteous give generously;
    22 those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,
        but those he curses will be destroyed.

    23 The Lord makes firm the steps
        of the one who delights in him;
    24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,
        for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

    25 I was young and now I am old,
        yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
        or their children begging bread.
    26 They are always generous and lend freely;
        their children will be a blessing.[b]

    27 Turn from evil and do good;
        then you will dwell in the land forever.
    28 For the Lord loves the just
        and will not forsake his faithful ones.

    Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[c];
        the offspring of the wicked will perish.
    29 The righteous will inherit the land
        and dwell in it forever.

    30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,
        and their tongues speak what is just.
    31 The law of their God is in their hearts;
        their feet do not slip.

    32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,
        intent on putting them to death;
    33 but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked
        or let them be condemned when brought to trial.

    34 Hope in the Lord
        and keep his way.
    He will exalt you to inherit the land;
        when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

    35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man
        flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,
    36 but he soon passed away and was no more;
        though I looked for him, he could not be found.

    37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright;
        a future awaits those who seek peace.[d]
    38 But all sinners will be destroyed;
        there will be no future[e] for the wicked.

    39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
        he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
    40 The Lord helps them and delivers them;
        he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
        because they take refuge in him.

About beavoicefororphans

My wife and I have been married for eighteen years and have seven children, two of which were miscarried and carried to Heaven. We met working as residential care counselors in an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children. We both love Jesus Christ, and have a passion for others to know Him and His saving grace, as well as a passion to reach the orphan. Most recently, GOD has put in my heart to reach out to those suffering with mental illness and suicidal ideation.
